What you can expect during the completion
The form consists of multiple steps and also asks some personal questions—these help us get to know you and form the basis of the professional work. Take your time to complete it, and answer just as you truly feel. Your data will be handled confidentially: we store it on a separate server, and in the matchmaking process, you will only appear on a coded data sheet—your name and photo are not public.

What happens after the application?
You’ll fill out the questionnaire and take 5–6 professional tests, which a psychologist will review; the psychologist will then provide feedback and explain the results during a face-to-face or live online meeting. At the meeting, we’ll ask to see a photo ID to ensure we’re working with real people, and we’ll create your profile with a photo.

Your personal data is stored on a separate server, and you appear only on a coded data sheet. The data sheet and photo are sent out based on psychological compatibility, and your personal data is shared only if both parties agree and explicitly request it.
